IRCC chairmen engagement session

About 60 participants attended this meeting which was held at the Botanical Gardens. The chairmen were tasked to complete a self-evaluation survey of their respective branch activities. The survey questions included identifying respective branch strengths and weaknesses as well as identifying possible Best Practices which could be shared with all IRCC communities in Singapore.
IRCC staff also briefed the chairmen on the Awards that will be given to outstanding IRCC members as well as IRCC branch which have done good projects to promote racial harmony for the residents and community. A panel of judges would be formed to vet through the entries for the awards submitted by the respective IRCC chairmen in the country.
