Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society together with IRO, SINDA and MENDAKI organised the 16th IRIR event at Marina Bay Sands tonight. President Halimah was the GOH and it was a colourful and grand affair with more than 3,000 participants. It provided a great opportunity for all to network as well as to strengthen our friendship within the community. The theme for this year’s IRIR was Harmony: Journey As One - A celebration of togetherness.
